Jennifer Coolidge Thanks the 'Evil Gays' For Recent Emmy Win

Jennifer Coolidge expressed gratitude to the "evil gays" for her recent Emmy Award win.

The 62-year-old actress, recognized for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for her role in HBO's 'White Lotus,' playfully credited the two homosexual characters leading to her alter-ego's demise during her acceptance speech.

Putting down the award, she quipped about talking too much during her previous win, expressing her thanks to Mike White for the opportunity to portray the character. She humorously acknowledged, "He says I'm definitely dead, so I'm going on with it. I just wanna say, I wanna thank all the evil gays. I just really..."

Jennifer, known for her iconic roles in 'American Pie' and 'Legally Blonde,' experienced a career resurgence with her role as socialite Tanya McQuoid in 'White Lotus.'

Encouraging others, she concluded, "I had a dream in my little town, and everyone says it was impractical and far-fetched, and it did happen, so don't give up on your dream."

In a light-hearted incident last year, Jennifer discovered her appearance in a gay adult film, finding humour in the situation and emphasizing her appreciation for the funny twist.

In the adult film scene from 'Single All The Way,' her character Aunt Sandy jests about gay men being "always obsessed" with her, playfully nodding to her status as a gay icon. The humorous moment showcases her character saying, "It’s because the gays just know how to do stuff, you know? They’re survivors and, for some reason, they are always obsessed with me. I don’t know why, I like it,” adding a light-hearted touch to the unexpected recognition.
